Woke at #191, and that's OK, Been walking 15K-20K steps everyday at work, Very busy there, Also have been going to bed at 7:30 -8:00 , can't keep my eyes open, Wife still in Colorado will be home next month for rest of year, students keep me running, and I'm DO N OK !

Woke at 190# was very surprised !!!! As I went to a Birthday Party. Not concentrating on scale! Have been working out and OMAD during the week, seems to be working. I have to change things up every once in a while. I have been to busy at the college lately, so I eat when I get home. Very tired , but I'm sure its my age, I try to keep busy, taking B-12 shots but still does not help. Hope to not eat to much this weekend Holidaze!! And I'm DO N OK !

Woke at 190# have been DO N OMAD as my week is so hectic as this is first week of College, new Bosses, I have 3 and new ideas and problems. Seems no one knows what is going on, and they don't. But it is a learning curve, and they will figure it out! The stress has kept my weight down, so yes that was the good part of all this, I usually binge eat. Supposed to be rainy here today and tomorrow. The ocean is flat today, but gray out. So, I will be wrenching on my motorcycle. Have a great day, and I'm DO N OK!

Woke at 193# was surprised since I was on a eating binge, Wife still in Colorado till middle of October, school was interesting, have extra kids coming Monday and Tuesday, so next week full house with all 7 blocks of culinary students, Most kids did not know that there food came out of food labs, Hope to go for Motorcycle ride today is supposed to rain later. And I'm DO N OK !
