I seem to always get back to 150lb, so I’m going to change things and do the 5:2 fast diet created by Dr. Michael Mosley. It means 500 calories two times a week. They can be any days as long as there is a separate day between the two. I’m finding scheduling my workout is just not reachable at this time in my life so I need to pay more attention to the amount I’m eating to make progress.
150.2 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week

It’s a great way to shake things up! Last year, I tried it for some months! I ended up losing 15 lbs. I don’t think it’s a long term way of life but it recharges the metabolism for a bit! Good luck!
