With all the weight my spouse has been losing I was worried I was going to find it since I felt like I was the only one eating regularly. So far it is staying away. Yay!

It was difficult to stay out of the kitchen for my 500 cal day yesterday, but wow I like this number the day after! Even if I don’t get this big of a drop every time, this first one is great.

I seem to always get back to 150lb, so I’m going to change things and do the 5:2 fast diet created by Dr. Michael Mosley. It means 500 calories two times a week. They can be any days as long as there is a separate day between the two. I’m finding scheduling my workout is just not reachable at this time in my life so I need to pay more attention to the amount I’m eating to make progress.
