What in the world!!!! Went to bed weighing only 160 woke up weighing 161 again! Why the heck can't I get past this number and go down! Getting really frustrated!

Same thing happened to me this week, yo-yo'ed one lb...a friend gave me some very solid advise....STEP AWAY FROM THE SCALE!!! LOL There is normal fluctuations within the body, it's not all about the numbers. Just Breathe...you will will get past this.:)
