YUK lost nothing during February!!!
Thank you for all the posts! Love the feed back... K8 you are right Don't know what I was thinking.. I was down to 157... wish I was still there. I really watched what I put in my mouth today and drank 66oz of water and did alot of yard clean up and stayed outside as much as possible. Then I ate 2 hamburgs with cheese no bread and some sour cream to spice it up and I diet mountain dew.. that is what I use to curb the sweet tooth I have at night... Which is my biggest problem the waking in the middle of the night to find something sweat its like I have no control over myself after dark. I am going to give it my best effort short of locking the fridge and cabinets.. Which it may have to come to that. I am going to faithfully enter my food journal I am begining to see it really helps. Thanks again you all are great. Where do I get one of those weight bars you all have? Hopeing for a better tomorrow.. Will be running most of the day so I will be taking my eggs and hamburgh with me..lol

YUK lost nothing during February!!!
I ate all the bad things for the past 2weeks....What the heck was I thinking! I have got to get back on it and lose some weight this month no questions about it! I must do this! POOOP am I angry with myself! Today is my new begining, after 3 months of doing so good I fell off the wagaon and got ran over by it!!Will need a ton of support!
