I made home made soup today in my crackpot. I am not sure if that is the correct calorie for it that I recorded. However this is what it included low sodium chicken stock, 1/4 cup water, frozen mixed vegetable and pieces of chopped up chicken breast.

Diet Calendar Entry for 02 February 2011:
1427 kcal Fat: 58.69g | Prot: 81.44g | Carb: 154.34g.   Breakfast: activia light, large white egg, oscar mayer bacon, spinach. Lunch: provolone cheese, Blazing Buffalo Style Oven Roasted Chicken Breast, fiber one multigrain. Dinner: Traditional Chicken Rice with Vegetables Soup. Snacks/Other: peanut butter crackers, Hard Salted Pretzels (with Unenriched Flour). more...

Under MY FATSECRET if you click on My Cookbook the Submit a Recipe, you can enter exactly what you put in your soup & how many servings it made. I do it all the time with homecooked foods.
