Today is feb 1! Im suppose to not go over 1800 cals anymore. I hope I make it. Last month was good. I stuck to my goals don't over eat and gym once a week. This month don't go over 1800 cals and gym 2x a wk. I ultimately wanna only eat 1500 cals a day to maximize my weight lost. I am going to eat all the chicken I have in the house and then after that only eat fish. Its lower in cals and thats what I need right now! I will still eat chicken just not prepare it at home.89 days until my friends wedding I gotta get it tight! In July I also want to go away to a picnic in Houston texas that means I will be flying!! In order for me to fly again I promised myself I would not use the extra adjustable strap! thats another motivator to stay on the right path. So have 3 months to fit in a dress and 5 months to fit appropriately in an airplane seat!

UGH! I hate when I do not prepare my food for work the night before. This morning I was running late and only had time to bring in my carnation instant breakfast drink. I plan to go to subway and get something for lunch. Boo to spending money though and eating out.

Anyways since I put myself back on track I feel a lot better. I have noticed where I make healthier choices. Last night I went out with friends. They all ordered wraps, burgers,French fries, waffle fries, mozzarella sticks and just a whole lot of crap! Just looking at what they were eating all tho it smelled good it looked gross because I just kept thinking about all the fat and grease they were consuming.

I still have a sweet tooth that I hope to be able to work on. One major thing about my whole life changes is I hate when people try and tell me to give up something. I can not give up sweets SORRY and I don't want to. I want to be able to eat 1 bag of m&ms but not buy a whole 5lb bag . My things that I have to learn is moderation and balance. Not cutting out thats when I binge. Also a few friends recommended that I do weight watchers AGAIN. In essence I feel like I am doing the program. I use some of the recipes I just don't count points I count my calories.

My next goal(s) is for Feb to work out at least 2 times a week and limit my calorie intake to a max of 1800 daily.
