Feeling good. Finding balance with family , work and social life. Less pressure more focused. Loved every minute of the vegetarian based diet helped substantially with ibs symptoms. Weighing 63kgs I have brought hiit based training into my weekly training schedule, I’m VERY sore , though that’s expected. Maintaining 2000 calories a day sometimes I don’t log the full amount 😀 Loving life! Let’s get it!
