Nice exercise today: 1,5hr hike on undulating terrain.
Meals so far, breakfast was black coffee and a cheese and mushroom omelette. Lunch a perfect salad, with lettuce, tomato, picked onions, tuna and avo and cheese.
Disappointing that I was up 500g today after being compliant this week but I’ll carry on. 🤪
