dared not step on scales this week as I've been sick and eaten crap (double whammy of sick and period) and done zero exercise. I work from home, so I ve even been working on my laptop in bed, as I've been floored.
I am literally getting anxiety about getting back on the scales. diets are 80% mind games with me.

Thanks. I just get so demoralised when my weight goes up, as I have so much to lose, it just feels like it'll take A lifetime.
Gotta try not let it derail me but it easily could.

I also have a lot to lose but as my mum says "how do you eat an elephant.....in bite size chunks"....little by little we can do this 💪❤️
