so turns out my feeling sick last few weeks was actually pneumonia, therefore I have not been dieting and have barely moved... expect to have regained so much weight when I get weighed.

decided to not weigh myself until Monday to give myself a chance to get back on track.

so I dont think I have actually put on weight. I think my last weigh in was a fluke and not correct. as I was surprised to record a drop and I've been a Saint since.

so I have got the electrical tape out and marked on my bathroom floor where to place my scales as I am sure my 132.1 reading was wrong.

😕 confused.

dared not step on scales this week as I've been sick and eaten crap (double whammy of sick and period) and done zero exercise. I work from home, so I ve even been working on my laptop in bed, as I've been floored.

I am literally getting anxiety about getting back on the scales. diets are 80% mind games with me.
