I woke up at 2am from a dream that I had eaten a bag of fun sized chocolate candy :0 I've had dreams like this 2 or 3 times before and I have to remind myself It was just a dream because I actually wake up feeling guilty for eating all that chocolate ha ha. It's day 7 of induction ^_^ I'm So proud I made it all the way through the week this time. So now, Gradually I can increase my carb intake to 25 grams of net carbs a day :] But still staying under my 1,586 RDI. I think I'm going to add Nickels light wheat bread to my diet, A slice a day or every other day because I think my body needs a little bread here and there.
I need to go grocery shopping today. I printed some new recipes out for my low carb binder that I'm excited to try including New York Style low carb cheesecake & I can't wait to make it!
I'm going to lifeskills today to turn in my application to start school soon. Well I need to get my butt back in bed so I'm taking a hot bath and try to pass out. G'Night.

This isn't just about looks, for me this is about life. It's about being strong and taking control, the right way.
