Seemed a slow week.....had to work hard for this 3lb but quite pleased......expect a slowdown next week as it is my birthday so a couple of meals planned.....but that’s ok....have to keep reminding myself that weight loss is not linear..not had an alcoholic drink in 5 weeks and 1 day!
196.7 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
