I like to post some of my surplus day meals, because a lot of what I eat on these days and most days comes from the sweet heart and soul of Mama and her kitchen. She's not getting any younger, so I like to keep stock of all the foods she makes so when the time comes I can make them, too :-)
Surplus Meal #1
Breakfast
-Ginormous Quest Caramel Protein pancake w/ Cary's syrup
-and 40 grams homemade yogurt (2% fat)
-Homemade king arthur cinnamon raison toast with 1 tablespoon of homemade apricot jam and 2 tablespoons of PB fit peanut butter
- 215 grams O'brien potatoes
2 cups of Coffee with a tablespoon of half and half in each
total cals --> 970
