Ini pake bahan seadanya aja yah kakak2, porsinya aku sesuaikan dengan selera aku :D
Bahan: pisang 50gr, oats 10gr, kakao 5gr, putih telur 1, kismis(opt)
Pisangnya di ancurin pake sendok, trus putih telurnya dikocok lepas aja, campur semua bahan, dadar ke biasanya di teflon..
Simple bgt, kalo di aku bisa kenyang sampe jam makan siang :)
Perkiraan 115kal.. semoga suka yah kakak2.. :)
