My sister and her partner have just started the HCG diet, and are six days into the first phase. They have inspired me to start tracking my calories and actually think about my weight. We all had a bit of a wake up call this winter by weighing ourselves and actually seeing just how heavy we all are - especially since two of us are actually fairly thin body types, and you would think we would notice that much extra weight. My mom is the same weight she was when she had all three of us daughters. My sister was almost her weight, and I was only 10 pounds away. My sister's partner was almost in the 200s. And my third sister, the one who had always been the heaviest of them all - she is know at the weight I used to be, and want to be again! I'm so glad that I found this site, and that there is an app for my smart phone. It's easy to use and has so many of the common brands and restaurants that I eat at. I hope that I can stick to this, now that my sister has helped me figure out how to count calories and actually read those nutrition labels.
