Well I was doing better but then I got lazy, stopped exercising and got lots of stress. Starting to think that I eat when I'm tired, or stressed. Time to focus because I never wanted to reach this weight. Used to be the skinniest in my family, now I'm competing for heaviest.

Ok new year, new goals but not resolutions! Resolutions get broken, this is a lifestyle choice. It'll be tough considering how much baking/chocolates that are left in the house that only I will eat but I plan on inviting lots of people over to help me eat it. Limiting myself to one sweet a day, and one hot chocolate. Goal - lose 10-15 pounds by April

Alright, restart three to lose weight and get in shape. This time it'll be harder for me get off track. First my boyfriend knows that I have to lose weight by August, and he's not seeing me in a bathing suit until I lose some pounds. I know that I won't look that bad in a bathing suit but its motivation for both of us to stay on track. Second my mom and I are are losing weight together. I have two weddings to get to; one in august and one in October. The goals are five pounds (at least) by August and another five pounds (at least) by October. I would prefer to lose a total of 15-20 pounds but I will aim for at least enough that I won't show too much pudge in the dresses I will be wearing at the weddings. They are summer dresses I already owned, and have only been worn once or twice, one still has all the tags on it. So we will see how far I get!
