See saw, sea saw!! Went on the WebMD site to find (once again) calorie goals for my current weight, 230 lb., and my goal weight, 170 lb, losing 2 lbs a week. goal is 1267 calories per day. May was the last month a did any consistent tracking, and my daily avg was 1231 cal. I was losing weight then, and had been for quite some time. Definitely shows the value of tracking calories...
