Tomorrow makes a week since I started using fat secrets and really thinking about how I want to live my life. I should weigh in tomorrow and I plan to do it as soon as I wake up. I am however a lil nervous about getting an accruate weight count. I bought my scale a year ago from amazon.com and made sure that it could provide the weight up to 400lbs.. Ive got a feeling i might be over 400lbs now. Does anyone have any advice on how I can weigh myself? I am planning to buy measuring tape.

So far i have been making a conscious effort to watch what i eat! Making sure I cook and plan meals ahead of time. I live a busy lifestyle but that is no excuse for eating the way I use to. My new regimen is making large meals and packing them away so i have something for lunch the next day or even just dinner. Well its 1:15am I should head to bed now.. just a lil anxious about my weigh in figured if post about rather than make cookies..
