Spent the afternoon outside yesterday putting a tow hitch on the jeep, got a bit involved but got it done. Good thing is it wasn't a hot day per se, but noticed i was perspiring quite a bit. Also, with IF i never felt i needed to stop to eat. :)

This is my 4th week on K/IF...
216.2 lb Lost so far: 41.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
