Trying to walk off the weekend feast!
My minor goal would be to see my little man-handles disappear. ;) Once they go away the rest is just dialing it in.
Im liking the keto/IF thing. it is working better than any other "diet & exorcise" plan ever has before. and its easy too!! I am actually SEEING results.
