Don't beat yourself up over 1 bad week. I know it's depressing as I was sitting at 156.0!!!! SO looking forward to seeing that 155.9 or lower and this a.m. I about cried when it said 157.2!!!! Course I want to tell myself that walking also turns fat into muscle!!!! which weighs more! (: But just have to get back at it. The sad part is now it's going to be harder to see that darn 5 pounds for October but miracles DO happen! haha
