Did two walk sets, one at 3.24mi in the morning and another in the afternoon at 2.99. Donned a 20lb weighted vest for the afternoon walk. Definitely feeling that right now.
Feeling good otherwise.
I will say, the drop has slowed down significantly even with increased exercise. My guess is the first 30lbs were just itching to come off, the next 30 are much more tenacious!!
Ah well. CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!
