did a crazy thing last night.

switched from a poorly calibrated mechanical scale that i have literally had as long as i can remember, to a digital one my bff gave to me when he moved to a town south of here.

i checked both against some dumbells and the digital scale was off by half a pound which is fine in the scheme of things. the analog one was off by around 10.

so i decided to switch over to the digital one since its bias was more acceptable.

Sorry old Sunbeam. we cant be dishonest which each other.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
