First day of trying the 500-calorie HCG diet. My sister had amazing results with it.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Hi Jann, I'm new here also. Looks like your off to a great start with a great attitude. I'm not using the drops but i'm following the diet. So far its been good. I am doing some light exercise everyday. After 4 days on the diet I can walk brisk & not get winded. Good luck & lets buddy up. Paula

Thanks Jann! Any journey is better with buddies!! I think any change is a step in the right direction. I have struggled with my weight for the last 2 1/2 years. This is the best I've done from so many diets. I also think my Dr has finally got my med's right. Have a great Saturday!
