Quick way to lose some weight - if not comfortable - the stomach flu. Ugh. Misery is being bent over a bowl for 24 hours.
I've barely eaten anything, but really ought to go update my food journal, I guess.
At least my weigh in tomorrow should be more positive...
HA! That will teach me. My two days of hardly eating anything still equal 1000+ calories per day.
It's official. My eating habits are out of control. This has to end.
Time to get that South Beach Diet book from my mother. <sigh> I don't think there is much hope for me doing this without a program.
