No Gym on Friday (9/19)
No Gym on Saturday (9/20)
Went for a long walk with my husband today, Sunday.

Just wonder how much damage I did with the Kettle Corn! Oy! We went to the farmers market in search of fabulous fresh produce and farm fresh eggs. I came home with a watermelon and a bag of kettle corn. Not exactly the "score of a lifetime" that I envisioned having that morning.

If I had to tell the truth ... which I do ... I would have to rate this weekend poorly in the "taking care of Dabney" field. The one thing that I am really proud of is turning down a bagel for breakfast on Saturday in liu of going to a place for a "skillet" breakfast of scrambled eggs, broccoli, grilled chicken and mushrooms.

It's a new week and a new start.
