1984 kcal Fat: 67.98g | Prot: 76.73g | Carb: 274.66g.   Breakfast: Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified). Lunch: Classic Honey Wheat Bread, Deli Fresh Cajun Seasoned Shaved Chicken Breast, Deli Style Thin Sliced Swiss Cheese, Bread & Butter Spears Pickles, Miracle Whip Light. Dinner: Nuggets, Sliced Carrots, Pasta Sides - Chicken Broccoli, Beef Tenderloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat). Snacks/Other: Light & Fit Yogurt - Cherry Vanilla, Nature Valley Chewy Trail Mix - Dark Chocolate & Nut Bar, Apples, Oranges. more...
