felling pretty good, worked out Monday with trainer-strength 1 hour plus 30 of cardio-10 on eliptical & 20 on treadmill w/incline at 7/9 alternating an speed at 2.8, also alternated settings on Elipitcal, followed plan good, no cheating but did not track, will start tracking again today, also got my water & b complex pill in Monday
