worked out w/trainer yesterday. did strength for 1 hour then did 15 min on elliptical & 25 on treadmill with a slight incline alternating up 2 levels down 2 levels. got in 2 big salads, eggs for bk, 1 can sardines w/oil for lunch & a small sirloin steak on George Forman-marinaged w/ garlic & peppercorns-very good. have another for today for dinner. Have not been cheating at all. Hopefully weight loss will continue . Have really made an effort to get in lots of veggies except yesterday-only 2 big salads w/green olives, avocado, got my water in too.

Had an ok good day except the popcorn. I also am behind in my water & protein for the day. A headache is a brewing too.

felling pretty good, worked out Monday with trainer-strength 1 hour plus 30 of cardio-10 on eliptical & 20 on treadmill w/incline at 7/9 alternating an speed at 2.8, also alternated settings on Elipitcal, followed plan good, no cheating but did not track, will start tracking again today, also got my water & b complex pill in Monday
