Following a Med Style diet- every day Bfast is either 0% yogurt with fruit and a hard boiled egg or Oatmeal with fruit and a hard boiled egg. Always water and coffee black. Keeps me at about 450 calls and a good balance of fibrous carbs, protein, and healthy fats.
