Dinner last night was not even close to what I need. One meal can jack up the whole day of work. Ugh.

Wow! Temptation everywhere! Drink lots of water. Sometimes when we think we're hungry, it'e really thirst - sometimes. Hang in there, glad to know you are back in the saddle and in charge of your health. I will weigh in tomorrow.
