Fell off wagon today and feel really bad about it. I had a doughnut and cupcake. They were ok but not worth sabotaging my new live it program here on Atkins. Tomorrow will be a new day and I will start again to watch what I'm eating. The only percentage I went over was my carbs. Fat and protien were within my limits!!!

Don't beat yourself up over it. I personally think we can't eliminate stuff like that forever. Next time you gotta have it... just have half. :)
