Weight in today: Stayed the same...good & bad.
I didn't do as much cardio this week as I normally do, my "monthly girl week" hasn't helped, and the emotional eating is trying to take me over. I've been a little depressed this week but feeling better now.
3-day weekend GOAL: Light on carbs ~ cardio every day ~ light on the alcohol
2 week GOAL (going to Vegas in 2 weeks): Cardio 45mins, 6 days/week ~ no sweets ~ Lite alcohol ~ 1500 calories/day
