Slower to get back to lowest weight this time (3 really solid days since the Pizza party on Sunday) this time but I have exercised 3 days in a row which I suspect has involved a bit of water retention. No exercise today so we shall see how tomorrow 😀
181.4 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
