Started Medifast program 3 weeks ago, During the fist week, I lost 7 lbs. Then second week, lost 1lbs. Third week, I GAINED 2 lbs. Sigh. This is frustrating and I have no one, but myself to blame. Those food are not cheap, like $300/month. There are both pros and cons, but I will post it in another entry.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

So your still down 6 pounds in 3 weeks! That's wonderful! Get yourself back on program and you will have the rest off before you know it. You don't have much to lose so you stick with it and you will be done with it. The most important thing though is to learn to maintain. Losing is only half the battle.
