Started Medifast program 3 weeks ago, During the fist week, I lost 7 lbs. Then second week, lost 1lbs. Third week, I GAINED 2 lbs. Sigh. This is frustrating and I have no one, but myself to blame. Those food are not cheap, like $300/month. There are both pros and cons, but I will post it in another entry.

Happy ThanksGiving Day to me
So today, is my official start date for this new wt loss journey.
I am doing ChaLEAN Turbo Fire.
I did Turbo Jam about 2 years ago, and I love it, and it worked.
I lost over 20lbs doing it.
So I'm hoping to have the same results.
Turbo Fire is a step above that, and I'm excited.
I completed day 1= Fire 30min.
And to tell you the truth, I'm already sore.
I haven't exercise in over 3 months, and I have to get back in tune.
I used to exercise at least 5-6 times a day.

My First Journal Entry
First thing I did this morning, was step on my scale for the first time in 3 months. Then I started crying. That is not a good sign, and you know what, it was exactly what I needed to get started.
I felt like shit, and I don't like what I saw.
