I'm back - It's my birthday - It's my birthday - Logging again.
Been away for since Dec 31 because I needed a break from FS.
Now that I am back I have some new rules that I will follow:
1) If my actions are producing results, I will not change things.
2) If am I am not getting the results from actions, I must change things.
3) Log, Log, Analyze, Log.
4) It's OK not to respond to everyone. It's my journal.
5) I don't give a sh!t that I have been stuck at the same weight give or take a few pounds for last, uugh, 28 months [(My motorcycle accident must have knocked something loose in my head back in Nov 2016 because I seem to be stuck in this gear. I have to move forward. I have to get passionate again about getting healthy!!) For goodness sake, I was a frigging weight loss superstar Jan 2016 260 lbs - Nov 2016 207.8 lbs down 52.2 lbs]
7) "I can do this, I can do this"
8) Log, Log, Analyze, Log.
9) Most important, I WILL NOT QUIT!!!!
10) I need FS. I miss and need you.
