Okay, I haven't been writing down what I have been eating but, it has been like I flipped a switch a week ago when I reconnected with FS. I moved rapidly back to essentially eating according to the Mediterranean diet. The big thing has been the change in the amount that I am eating. While I was unable to walk, I just ate what and when I wanted. I also often ordered Kraft caramels with my groceries and, I think, considered it treating myself. Bad choice.
The important thing is that I am now back on track, eating reasonably and healthily.
