Today was very busy at work. I've not eaten at the regular intervals today and I'm very hungry now. I'm going to have an extra meal now and get the distraction out of the way!

Good job keeping track! If this continues & you keep having busy days where getting a bar or shake in is too much... You guys may want to order a box of the "Redifast" drinks. Keep up the great work!
