I found this article to be very thought provoking. Twins both MDs got on diets. One low carb and the other low fat. Their observations and results are very interesting.

Ok, the eating season is over. Time to start being accountable again! Almost 10 lbs. gained since Nov 15th and I thought I was doing well. Time to get to it. Starting with today's weigh-in, I'm logging foods and water again :-)

lost so far: 26.9 lb

still to go: 60.6 lb
