Can somebody explain what "RDI" is based on?

Okay, so I'm going to forget about points and go to the RDI instead (sick of figuring out points anyway). How did you figure out yours? Thanks!

somewhere on the side bar it asks you if you want to change your RDI just go to it and I'm pretty sure it explains it. I hope :)

Go to where you enter your food and at the bottom of the page click on the graph that says RDI and it will show you.
