So I am shedding pounds at a pretty good rate but I am starting to notice loose skin. Any suggestions to help with this?

Yes - try gentle dry brushing with a nubby "brush", always brush toward your heart. Also consider getting a compression garment / "shapewear" . That will compress the skin and encourage absorption of excess. I wore mine to bed for months and it really helped.

Thanks for the suggestions. I had been considering compression. What is a nubby brush?

Consume dairy products. Good for helping the skin contract along with weight and isolation exercises.

It's mostly genetic and depends on the composition of your skin and connective tissue (amount & arrangement of collagen, elastin & reticular fibers). Same reason some women get stretch marks during pregnancy and some don't. Your skin will continue to tighten somewhat after you lose weight. https://www.self.com/story/loose-skin-roundup

Look on Amazon - it has about 20 smooth, rounded 1/4 inch diameter nubs, no handle, just a strap to go over your fingers
