back on the wagon
After falling WAY off the wagon the last few months I am back at it. Watching my eating and just had a new treadmill delivered yesterday so no more excuses for not getting out walking because it is too cold.

Downward spiral
I don't know what is wrong with me. I had lost 70lbs+ at one point but this last year has been terrible. Eating too much, drinking too much and not exercising. I have put back on almost 50lbs. No motivation at all.

downward spiral
I have been in a downward spiral since October. Eating too much, eating much junk, no motivation to exercise and watching the pounds add up. I don't know if it is the winter blahs or what but I am really disappointed in myself.

Crushed
Feeling really beaten down. The last two months have been horrible. Hungry all the time, can't stop eating and I'm eating things I know I shouldn't. I have put back on 20lbs in the last two months and I am incredibly disappointed in myself. I worked so hard to get to where I was and now I cannot find any motivation or will power.

I need advice
The last three weeks I have been absolutely ravenous. No matter how much I eat I am still hungry. I have especially been craving meat. Chicken, beef, turkey it doesn't matter. I'm just in major carnivore mode. Any idea what might be causing this?
