Thanks for supports. I'm a bit bewildered by how much I've gained but trying not to commune it with being too upset. Still quite a lot of stress at work, and injury doesn't help. But in exercising daily and eating healthy.....mostly. Hoping consistency wins the day. Have a good morning and weekend
