I managed to loose my 1 pound this past week and have now hit 40 pounds lost. Which is good considering I was so bad this week. Every time I went into Target, the 1 pound bag of valentine M&M's were looking at me. So I bought a bag. I did try and do better by getting the dark chocolate. Couldn't find any with peanuts though to help with the damage. I'm moving into a new apt next month and the bag was right there while I was packing. It's just so easy to reach in and grab a few, then a few more, etc.I had pizza last night although it was only chicken and cheese again. I forgoed the thin crust. I tried it and didn't really like it as much. so overall, I'm happy with this weigh in week. I also managed to loose another 1/2 inch in my hips.
