Hey all, so i have decided to do my own diet because all the others ones didn't quite fit right with me so i customized my own to fit me perfect.
So today is Pancake Tuesday and i had pancakes as a treat and went over my 1500 calories. But i am def. going to work those off before to go to bed tonight since i haven't done my workout yet tonight. I well make today my semi-cheat day.. :)
