decided to start getting ready for summer, i have gained a few pounds and want to get in shape... so yesterday friday 1/28/2011 i started my running and tracking food... don't know how long i will track but i find it is helpful to see how far i have gone :)

Ok well here goes round 5000. Gah this is horrible, I hvae decided that since new years is coming up I will make that my resolution to kick my finall 17/18 lbs i want to lose. I really want to stick to it this time. Well here goes nothing i suppose.

Ok well today didn't start of well but i figure if i see exactly how many calories i am eating that will teach me to go easy on the fatty foods and force myself to work out more. i hope :)
ok so i have joined a challenge to start exercising at least 30min everyday which i think will motivate me into going in the right direction and start me with good habits this new year :)

So I have decided this will be the best diet I can try. I have tried many others and can not seem to follow through. I love certain foods and can not give them up in order to follow a certain diet. Eating less calories is better for me because I can still enjoy the foods I love and not suffer because they are not on the allowed food list. I hope I can stick to this and not quit this time.
