I'll try to weigh once a week from here on out but I'm also considering weighing once a month just because I still get anxiety about the reading sending me back into crash-diet/unsustainable habits. I've done my start measurements so I will check those in a bit too. Want to check how much those body fat scales are, but the proper expensive ones the dietitians use, not the take-alot ones.
