Since i started walking in March i gained another 1.2 kg. It is my 6th day on the Bodyfast app and i am hoping that this journey of intermittent fasting will help me get back on track to reach my goal weight at the age of 50.
127.2 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
